The Central Florida Fair, Inc. is a not-for-profit, Florida 501(c)(3) corporation, with a mission to preserve and enhance the agricultural and historical legacy of Central Florida by striving to educate, promote and showcase the accomplishments in Agriculture, Education, Science, and Industry, portraying the resources of Central Florida. Our Fair reaches to borders of Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Osceola, and Volusia, referred to as "Central Florida".

LIVESTOCK PROGRAM
The Central Florida Fair Youth Livestock Program offers valuable educational opportunities for local youth, allowing them to produce high-quality livestock for discerning consumers. It provides an enriching experience to youth in our community who may lack the means, knowledge, or resources to participate, imparting essential life skills like responsibility, respect, trustworthiness, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Our program emphasizes character development through various livestock projects, with over 2,500 local FFA and 4-H participants entering swine, lamb, cattle, poultry, rabbits, cavies, and horses in the annual Fair. As a result, the Central Florida Fair ranks among the state's largest livestock shows, having awarded over $4.5 million in Premium cash awards and scholarships and hosting livestock sales worth more than $6 million for local youth since 1953.

HORTICULTURE/ CREATIVE ARTS/ FOOD SCIENCE
The Central Florida Fair is one of the community’s largest exhibits of crafts, art and hobbies. They include Craft & Hobby, Fine Arts and Needlework. Many of the school art programs participate in the exhibits with individual craft and hobby or fine art projects of the student’s choice. There is great excitement and pride when the students see their projects displayed in the exhibits.
